3. Appointments and Payments
3.1 Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled through the Site or by contacting us directly. Sessions are subject to availability.

Payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods will be listed on the Site.
3.3 Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund. Please note that a 7% transaction fee may be applied to all refunds.
Sessions canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

11. No Medical or Therapeutic Relationship
The Services provided by Inner Sanctuary NYC LLC do not establish any medical, psychological, or therapeutic provider–patient relationship.
Our Services are offered strictly as holistic wellness and spiritual support practices. Participation in Reiki or other energy healing sessions should not replace professional medical care, therapy, or treatment from licensed healthcare providers.
